Build your first automation. Learn the basics of creating a login bot to understand the foundational concepts of automation.

As you make progress through your specialized training, you’ll earn badges that validate your skills and knowledge. Students who complete the coursework will be given scholarships to take the “Advanced

Certification” exam and earn an industry-recognized automation certificate.

  • You will learn the basic steps of data analytics—obtaining, processing, analyzing, and interpreting data—through the Python programming language.

  • After Intro to Data Analytics wraps up, we encourage you to explore some potential next steps and additional training resources. 

    Potential Next Steps:

    • Start planning for a Bootcamp

    • Enroll in a self-paced training opportunity like OpenClassrooms or EdX pathway.

    • Take (or re-take) any of our Code Ramp classes. 

    • If coding doesn't feel like the right fit for you, you may choose to pursue a non-technical path.

General Information & Requirements

  • Access to Technology: Though the courses on Automation Anywhere University may be accessed by any computer, smartphone, or tablet with a stable interconnection, students will need a computer running Windows to be able to run automation bots and go through the hands-on training on thesoftware.

  • Time commitment: Courses are self-paced, on-demand, and vary in-duration. Courses are organized into “Learning paths”, which are a collection of specific role-based automation training courses that deliver a guided learning experience. The curriculum to prepare for “Advanced Certification” is estimated at around 14 hours of hands-on learning.

  • Specific requirements: Though no coding background is required, students should have basic digital literacy and some familiarity with technology used in an office setting such as Microsoft Excel.

To gain access

  • Participants must sign-up for a free license to Community Edition of Automation 360 platform cloud platform here

  • Participants must create an account for Automation Anywhere University to access all learning modules

  • Curriculum and Automation 360 are accessible through browser, however to be able to deploy bots for hands-on training, participants must be using Windows platform.

Curriculum

Automation Anywhere University is an on-demand remote and self-paced portal to access courses and learning trails to prepare you for a career in intelligent automation. We have newly launched learning trails that start with the fundamentals and build skills with hands-on exercises. For the purposes of this program, we have outlined a 14-hour curriculum beginning with the Citizen Developer trial (Start) and concluding with Automaton Developer trails (Start & Accelerate).

1. Citizen Developer Career Quest – Start Phase (4 hr)

2. Automation Developer Career Quest – Start Phase (4 hr)

3. Automation Developer Career Quest - Accelerate Phase (6 hr)

Pathfinder Community

We provide connections to automation users and developers through the online Pathfinder Community, an interactive peer-based forum to ask questions, find topical information, join a collaborative discussion, and skill up and complete a real-world automation challenge.
